Sales Admin & Lead Generation Specialist

Sales Admin and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. The primary responsibilities involve handling administrative tasks related to the sales operations, maintaining databases, coordinating sales activities, assisting with customer inquiries, and identifying potential customers or leads through conducting market research, lead generation strategies to create a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and contracts.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts.
  • Regularly update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information and communication history.
  • Collect and check due diligence requirements from the closed sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Regularly update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information and communication history.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, lead metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance for management review.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.

 

What we’re looking for….

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales administration, lead generation, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and lead generation tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Willing to travel and work long hours to finish emergency work.
