Going Solar For Your Business
The impact made by solar energy in the Philippines spans more than just the residential sector, it has also now reached both commercial and industrial sectors in the economy, as business owners are becoming more aware and interested in the benefits of harnessing the power of the sun.
In the past few years, Buskowitz Energy has been helping more companies reduce their operational cost helping save money from their electric bill, and subsequently create a sustainable working environment. Be it a small or large company, we provide for the needs of our customers tailor-fit to their operations’ requirements.
Today, we will share with you some facts and tips on our solar installation for the commercial and industrial sectors.
The Types of Business Industries
Buskowitz Energy provides installation for all types of industries. Currently, the company has an installation in over 10 industries such as manufacturing, cold storage, schools, malls, poultry, hotels and resorts, hospitals, and a lot more. We have over 80 installed systems for commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
The Payment Options
We offer two payment options for businesses, Outright and Build-Operate-Lease-Transfer (BOLT).
Outright purchase is when a customer agrees to pay upfront. That means you own the system after the installation.
On the other hand, BOLT is a leasing option where Buskowitz Energy installs the solar panel system with zero down payment. Business owners can lease the system for 25 years and pay a rate per kWh, which is cheaper than their Distribution Utility (DU). This payment option is available for system sizes above the 100-kilowatt peak.
Savings and ROI
Outright purchases can help you save up to 60% on your electricity bill. You can also get the return on your investment in 3 to 4 years.
Net Metering For Commercial Installation
What’s good about installing solar for business is that you can save more from your consumption through Net Metering. The overproduced energy of your solar PV system will be bought by your local utility and credited back to you upon your next billing cycle. This is available on commercial installations that have a system size of at least 100-kilowatt peak and lower.
You can’t predict what may happen in the future. To protect our clients from possible problems that may arise, we guarantee a warranty for our systems. It covers a 25-year production warranty and a 12-year warranty on our inverter.
Solar technology has always been a bankable investment. While it can help your business become more sustainable and cost-efficient, it also gives you a great return on investment in the long run.
